Viono Backup provides a premier, secure remote backup solution giving you the peace of mind that the files on your machine are also backed up outside of your premises. Storing your files securely with off-site backups, in a 'set and forget' way means that your files are backed up without you having to remember to do it.
Secure BackupYour files are important to you and you need to know that where they are placed is secure. Your files are fully encrypted on your hard drive before they are uploaded to our servers and you can optionally set an additional passphrase that only you will know that is separate to your account password.
Remote Backup / Off-site backupYour backup is not just stored in one location - it is stored across multiple locations to ensure that the data is as safe as it possibly can be. Many people only backup to local drives in their premises, therefore opening themselves to the risk that fire, theft and disasters can bring. Storing your files remotely gives you the peace of mind that should such an event happen, that your important data is stored safely.
Backup Only changed filesViono Backup understands where you have added new files or changed a file and it will backup only these files, reducing your bandwidth requirements . In addition, we have added technology to only backup the changed portions of changed files, making it much faster to backup large files that only have a few changes.
One account, Multiple machinesViono Backup allows each and every client to use multiple machines for their backups to our service. Each machine is identified and a new storage space is allocated for it. Your total backup space is spread out across all machines, so there is no need to purchase additional accounts for each machine. We provide a simple management panel for you to manage and monitor each machines usage.
Free Backup SoftwareWhether you use Windows or Mac, or a mixture of both, our backup software is provided free of charge. You are only charged a fee for the space you purchase and we never charge for our software or seat licenses.
Easily RestoreShould an event happen, where you need to recover your files, Viono Backup has a simple procedure to restore the files that you need. You can download the backed up files directly to your machine using your broadband connection.
