1. How secure are my files?
Viono Backup encrypts your data with XXX-Bit Blowfish (?) encryption as standard using your account username and password. If you wish you can replace this with your own passphrase which will be used as an alternative. Your files are encrypted on your machine before transfer and are stored fully encrypted. WARNING: If you choose to use your own passphrase to encrypt your data that we will not be able to decrypt your data, so please be careful not to misplace it.
2. How safe are my files?
We operate multiple servers with your data replicated across more than one machine to provide added protection. Not only will you have your files locally, but you will have the knowledge that they are also stored on multiple machines online.
